Project Sunrise | Work with projects

Once you’ve created a project, Sunrise will automatically take you to the Project viewer and start generating preview media based on the assets and shots you’ve selected.

The first renders that Sunrise generates for a project will be low resolution preview images.

Render tags

Each render has tags to show its status. Each render can have 3 independent tags:

  • Render quality: Impacts the quality level used by the rendering engine. Higher quality renders use more light bounces, and generate more realistic materials.
  • Render size: The resolution of the generated image. By default renders are at "full" render size.
  • Camera angle modification: If a shot has been manually modified, the yellow "Modified" tag will appear.

The render quality tag is always visible.

Render scale is visible if the render is not at full scale. The render scale tag will appear as 0.5x or 0.25x next to the render quality tag.

Collaborate with your team

Like Assets, projects have comments that help you work with your team to get the best results. Once stakeholders are happy with the project, Approve it to start publishing.
