The Asset library serves as the default landing page once you login to Sunrise.
The Asset library serves as a repository for all the assets in your organization.
There are options in the Left bar to change which assets are visible in the library. Use the In progress, Approved, or Created by you buttons to limit displayed assets by those criteria.
Individual assets
Each asset card in the asset library shows information about the given asset.
Each asset has the following information:
- A status indicator at the bottom of the card.
- Either Reviewable, Approved, or Failed.
- For newly uploaded assets, statuses of Uploading and Processing are also possible, although these do not have an associated color pip.
- A preview thumbnail.
- The AEM Multi-colorway asset in the image above does not have a thumbnail due to a failure, reflected by the asset’s status.
- Version information.
- At the top right of the asset thumbnail. All of these assets are v1, but could be updated to v2, v3, etc.
- The name of the asset.
- Available previews for the asset that have been generated by Sunrise.
- The AEM Multi-colorway asset only has 2D views available, but the other assets have 3D, AR, and 2D available.
- A dropdown menu with options to Download the asset, Upload a new version, or Delete the asset.
- Uploading a new version increments the version indicator.
