Facing email address-related issues?

Cannot access email

  • Have access to your email account? Check your registration confirmation email to verify the email address associated with your Adobe account. 
  • Don't have access to your email account? If you no longer have access to the email address you used to create your account, contact us. Select the Chat icon on the lower-right and then select "Need help signing in?" at the bottom.
  • Typo in email address? If there was a typing error while creating your Adobe ID, contact us. Select the Chat icon on the lower-right and then select "Need help signing in?" at the bottom.
