Receive text notifications about your account transactions

Learn how to receive text (SMS) notifications about transactions on your Adobe account.

Adobe occasionally sends emails about transactions on your account, such as billing issues and security alerts. These emails are sent to the email address associated with your Adobe ID account. You can also choose to receive text (SMS) notifications on your mobile phone about these transactions. 

Enable text notifications

  1. In the Account communication preferences section, enable Phone (SMS) notifications.

    Note:

    If you don't have a mobile phone already associated with your account, you are prompted to add your mobile number first. 

    Confirm that you want to enable text (SMS) notifications on your mobile phone

    Confirm the code sent to your mobile number.

    If you have a mobile phone already associated with your account, you receive a prompt to turn on notifications on that number.

Disable text notifications

  1. In the Account communication preferences section, disable Phone (SMS) notifications.

    Disable Mobile notifications check box

    Once disabled, you receive an onscreen message confirming that the phone (SMS) notifications are disabled.
