Upgrade your plan or review your options

You can upgrade your month-to-month plan to an annual plan—paid either monthly or once a year—without incurring a cancellation charge on your existing plan. Upon upgrading, you’ll receive a refund for the unused portion of your previous membership.


Adobe allows you to opt for a prepaid annual plan for each of your subscriptions. Using this, you can conveniently make a one-time charge in advance of each year, which entitles you to a lower price as compared to a monthly plan.

  1. Sign in to your Adobe ID account with your Adobe ID (usually your email) and password.

  2. Under Plans, click Manage plan.



    Don't see the Manage plan link? Contact us to change your Creative Cloud plan.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Under Plan & payment, click Change plan. You can also view details of your current plan.
    • If Change plan is not displayed, contact us to change your plan. In countries served by Digital River, Adobe's e-commerce partner, it’s not possible to make changes online.
  4. If you clicked Change plan, choose the desired plan, storage option, and billing frequency. Then click Choose plan. (To scroll through the plans, click the arrow to the right.)

    The following example shows how to switch to the Creative Cloud All Apps annual prepaid plan.

  5. On the confirmation page, review the terms and conditions, and then click Confirm.

    Your membership is activated and the Creative Cloud desktop app now displays your current entitlement status.
