It’s easy to upgrade and change from one plan to another.

Upgrade your plan or review your options

You can upgrade your month-to-month plan to an annual plan—paid either monthly or once a year—without incurring a cancellation charge on your existing plan. Upon upgrading, you’ll receive a refund for the unused portion of your previous membership.

In countries served by Digital River, Adobe's e-commerce partner, it’s not possible to make changes online. To change or upgrade your plan, contact us.

  1. Sign in to your Adobe ID account with your Adobe ID (usually your email) and password.

  2. Under Plans & Products, click Manage plan.

    Don't see the Manage plan link? Contact us to change your Creative Cloud plan.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Under Plan details, click Switch plan. You can also view details of your current plan.
    • If Switch plan is not displayed, contact us to change your plan.

    One of the two screens is displayed, depending on your country. The screen at the top has the Switch plan option whereas the screen at the bottom does not.
  4. If you clicked Switch plan, choose from a list of available plans and click Switch to this plan.

    • If you don’t see the plan that you want to change to (for example, multiple apps plan to a Creative Cloud annual plan, or individual plan to a team plan), contact us.
    • You may need to cancel your existing membership to enable the switch. Before you cancel your membership, understand the Adobe subscription and cancellation terms.
  5. On the confirmation page, review the terms and conditions and click Switch plan.

    Your membership is activated and Creative Cloud desktop app now displays your current entitlement status.

    Note:

    If your new membership plan is not activated automatically, sign out and sign back in to Creative Cloud. For detailed instructions, see Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps.

Convert a trial to a paid membership

  1. Sign in to your Adobe ID account with your Adobe ID (usually your email) and password.

  2. Click Get started, and choose a membership plan.
