Manage API clients

Review the API clients configured for your Knowledge Base in Acrobat organization and use the available controls to search, export, refresh, customize, or delete them.

The API Client view gives administrators a central place to review the service accounts configured for the organization. Each row identifies the account, creation details, and associated organization.

Open the API Client view

Sign in to Knowledge Base in Acrobat as an administrator.

Select Assets from the navigation menu.

Select the API Client tab.

What the table shows

The table includes the following columns:

  • Email: Email address associated with the API client.
  • User ID: User identifier for the API client. Currently displayed as an email address.
  • Role: Role assigned to the API client. Currently displays Service account.
  • Created: Date the API client was created.
  • Organization: Organization associated with the API client.
  • Ellipsis menu: Provides the option to delete the API client.

Available controls

Four controls appear above the table.

Search

Select the search icon and enter a value, such as an email address or user ID. The table updates to show matching API clients.

Show or hide columns

Select the column-visibility icon to choose which columns appear in the table.

Refresh

Select the refresh icon to retrieve the latest API client information.

Download

Select the download icon to export the available API client data as a CSV file.

Delete an API client

The only row-level action is Delete API client.

  1. Find the API client you want to delete.
  2. Select the ellipsis at the end of its row.
  3. Select Delete API client.

The API client is removed from the organization.

Things to know

  • You must be an administrator to access the API Client tab.
  • The view lists the API clients configured for the organization.
  • The Role column currently displays Service account.
  • The only row-level action is Delete API client.
  • The download control exports API client data as a CSV file.
