From the Knowledge Base Home page, select the Collections filter.

Permanently remove a collection that you no longer need.
Deleting a collection removes the collection and its indexed content from Knowledge Base. Use this option when the collection is obsolete, duplicated, or no longer needed by your organization.
Select the collection you want to delete.
Select the Delete icon.
When prompted to confirm the deletion, select Delete.
What happens next
- Deleted collections no longer appear in Knowledge Base.
- Removed content is not available for search, summaries, or structured extraction.
- If needed, content can be re-added using the New Collection process.
