Select + New, and then choose New chat.

Start a conversation with collections, files, AI knowledge, or web information, then return to it later.
Use the AI Assistant to ask questions, explore source content, and continue earlier conversations. Selecting New chat opens a blank conversation on the Collections page. The chat is created and saved after you submit the first prompt.

Select the source you want to use:
To add files from your computer, select the plus icon in the prompt composer.
Enter a question or instruction.
Submit the prompt.
Enter another prompt to ask a follow-up question or continue exploring the subject.
You can switch among Collections, AI Knowledge, and Web without starting another chat. Only one source type is active at a time, but the conversation retains the context from earlier prompts and responses.
When using Collections, you can add or remove collections as the conversation continues. Changes to the selected collections apply to future responses. Earlier responses and citations remain in the chat.
Select New chat in the AI Assistant panel.
Select a source.
Enter and submit the first prompt.
The current conversation remains saved, and the panel clears to display a blank chat.
Files added from your computer do not transfer to the new chat. Your current reasoning, style, tone, and format preferences remain active until you change them.
From the Home page, select Resume chat.
The Collections page opens with the saved conversation displayed in the AI Assistant panel.
The Home page also shows the five most recently active chats in the Recent chats panel.
Open Home or Chats.
Locate the chat you want to continue.
Select the chat name or hover over the chat and select the Open button.
The Collections page opens with the saved conversation displayed in the AI Assistant panel.
Chats are ordered by most recent activity, with the most recently used chat first.
Select Copy for the latest response.
Copy copies only the AI Assistant response generated after your most recent prompt. It does not copy earlier responses or the full conversation.
When the AI insights are not acceptable, select the Dislike icon for the response.
This opens a survey panel to capture your observations.
Select each category that describes the problem.
Optionally, enter more information in the feedback field.
Select Submit.
A notification confirms that the feedback was submitted. Submitted feedback cannot be changed or withdrawn.
Do not include confidential information or sensitive personal information in your feedback. Adobe may review the document and associated data, including prompts, when investigating the feedback.
