Delete content from a collection in Knowledge Base

Last updated on Jul 20, 2026

Removing content allows you to refine the knowledge domain of a collection by deleting documents or web sources that are no longer relevant.

When content is removed, it is no longer available for search, summaries, or Gen AI queries within that collection.

If you do not see the option to remove content, contact your administrator.
