Open documents from a collection to review their content.
Collections help organize related documents in one place. Open a collection, then select any document you want to examine.
Review a document
Hover over the collection that contains the document you want to review.
Select Open.
The collection opens and displays its documents.
Hover over the document you want to review.
Select Open.
The document opens for review.
Things to know
- Web links cannot be opened through this function.
- Opening a document does not allow for editing the files
