Sign in to Knowledge Base in Acrobat as an administrator.
Review the chatbot integrations configured across your organization.
The Chatbot Integrations tab gives administrators a central view of the chatbot aliases, assigned channels, connected collections, collection owners, creation dates, and default-collection settings configured in Knowledge Base in Acrobat.
Open the Chatbot Integrations view
Select Assets from the navigation menu.
Select the Chatbot Integrations tab.
What the table shows
The table includes the following columns:
- Chatbot alias: Alias entered when the chatbot was configured.
- Channel IDs: Number of channels assigned to the integration. Select the information icon to review their names and IDs.
- Collection name: Name of the collection connected to the chatbot.
- Collection owner: Email address of the collection owner.
- Created: Date the chatbot integration was created.
- Default Collection: A checkmark indicates that the collection is the default for the assigned channels.
Review connected channels
- Find the chatbot integration you want to review.
- Select the information icon next to the channel count.
A list opens showing each channel name and its unique channel ID.
How default collections work
A checkmark in the Default Collection column indicates that the connected collection is the default for the assigned channels.
Users in those channels can ask the chatbot questions without specifying the collection alias.
Available controls
Three controls appear above the table.
Search
Select the search icon and enter a value to search the collection name or the channel name.
The table updates to show matching integrations.
Show or hide columns
Select the column-visibility icon to choose which columns appear in the table.
Refresh
Select the refresh icon to retrieve the latest connector information.
Download
Select the download icon to download a CSV containing the chatbot integrations and their configuration details.
Things to know
- You must be an administrator to access the Chatbot Integrations tab.
- The view lists chatbot integrations configured across the organization.
- The Channel IDs column shows the number of assigned channels.
- The information icon displays each channel name and unique channel ID.
- A checkmark in Default Collection identifies the default collection for the assigned channels.
- The view does not provide controls to edit or delete chatbot integrations.
