Find previous conversations, reopen them, change their names, or permanently remove chats you no longer need.
Chats are private to the user who creates them. You can access recent conversations from the Home page or use the Chats page to search and manage your complete chat history.
Chats appear by most recent activity, with the most recently used chat first.
Open a recent chat from Home
The Home page provides quick access to your latest and most recently used conversations.
To resume your latest chat:
In the Resume chat card, select Resume chat.
The Collections page opens with the conversation displayed in the AI Assistant panel.
To open one of your five most recently active chats:
Open Home.
Locate the chat in the Recent chats panel.
Select the chat name.
The Collections page opens with the selected conversation displayed in the AI Assistant panel.
Open the Chats page
Use the Chats page to review and manage your complete chat history.
Open it in either of the following ways:
- Select Chats from the main navigation.
- Select View all chats in the Recent chats panel on the Home page.
The page shows the total number of saved chats above the table.
Each chat record includes:
- Chat name
- Last activity
- An ellipsis menu
Start a new chat from the Chats page
Open Chats.
Select New chat.
The Collections page opens on the My Collections tab with a blank AI Assistant panel. Select a source and submit the first prompt to create and save the new chat.
Find a chat
Open Chats.
Select Search.
Enter text from the chat name or conversation.
The table updates to show matching chats.
Search checks both chat names and conversation content.
Open a saved chat
Open Chats.
Locate the chat you want to continue.
Select the chat name.
The Collections page opens with the saved conversation displayed in the AI Assistant panel.
Rename a chat
You can rename a chat from the Home page or Chats page.
Locate the chat record.
Select the ellipsis menu.
Select Rename.
Enter the new chat name.
Save the change.
Renaming a chat changes its display name but does not change the conversation or its sources.
Delete a chat
You can delete a chat from the Home page or Chats page.
Locate the chat record.
Select the ellipsis menu.
Select Delete.
Confirm that you want to delete the chat.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted chats cannot be recovered.
Things to know
- Chats are private to the user who creates them.
- Chats always appear by most recent activity, with the most recently used chat first.
- Search checks chat names and conversation content.
- The Home page shows the latest chat and the five most recently active chats.
- The Chats page shows the complete saved chat history.
- You can rename or delete chats only from their records on the Home or Chats page.
- Deleting a chat permanently removes it and cannot be undone.
- The chat name and ellipsis menu cannot be hidden from the Chats table.
