Control whether PDF Spaces users can access Knowledge Base functionality.
Organization administrators can use Manage PDF Spaces access in Knowledge Base in Acrobat to control access from PDF Spaces. By default, Disable PDF Spaces integration is disabled, allowing PDF Spaces users to access Knowledge Base. Enable the toggle to block access from PDF Spaces.
Manage PDF Spaces access
Open Settings.
Locate Manage PDF Spaces access.
Set Disable PDF Spaces integration as needed:
- Disabled — Allows PDF Spaces users to access Knowledge Base.
- Enabled — Blocks PDF Spaces users from accessing Knowledge Base.
The toggle is disabled by default.

If HIPAA readiness is enabled for your organization, Disable PDF Spaces integration is automatically enabled and cannot be changed by customer administrators. See Configure Knowledge Base for HIPAA readiness for more information.
