The 2017 release of Creative Cloud requires Mac OS X 10.10 or above. Members running older versions of Mac OS X, such as 10.9, will not be able to install or run the Creative Cloud 2017 apps.

Installation instructions

  1. To get started, simply click one of the download links in the above table and save the file on your machine.

  2. Double-click the downloaded file to extract its contents.

  3. To start the installation, do one of the following:

    Windows: Double click Set-up.exe from the extracted folder.

    Mac OS: Double click Install from the extracted folder.

  4. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account.

  5. The installation of your app starts. You can see the progress of your installation.

Congratulations! Your app is installed and launches automatically.
