The Creative Cloud desktop app may have access to your microphone, you can revoke this access for any reason
Revoke microphone access for Creative Cloud desktop app
The Creative Cloud desktop app may use your microphone for specific features. If necessary, you can mange microphone access for Creative Cloud in the operating system settings.
Windows 10 (64-bit) version 1903 or later

Go to Privacy & security, under App permissions, select Microphone.

Find the Creative Cloud desktop app under Let desktop apps access your microphone.

Toggle off the switch next to the Creative Cloud desktop app in the list.
If prompted, restart the Creative Cloud desktop app for changes to take effect.

macOS Catalina (10.15) and later

Select the Apple menu on the top-left corner of your screen and select System Settings.

Select Privacy & Security > Microphone.

Toggle off the switch next to the Creative Cloud desktop app.
