These questions typically arise when evaluating bonus eligibility, redeeming Creative Cloud codes, or planning how to use complimentary plans alongside existing subscriptions.
Adobe offers complimentary Creative Cloud codes for 12 months to active Contributors who meet the criteria identified as adding measurable value to its content collection. In 2026, Contributors received Creative Cloud Pro, which includes 20+ apps, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and more. The program is continually reassessed, and details are subject to change annually.
Those eligible will see a blue banner in the Contributor Portal with their redemption code on March 23, 2026.
- Signing up isn't mandatory. Contributors located in countries where the apps aren't available are excluded from the bonus program.
- Adobe employees are excluded from the bonus program.
If you save the redemption page URL, copy and paste it into a browser window, and your redemption code will be entered for you. If you saved your redemption URL instead, paste it directly into your browser. Your code will be entered automatically. Otherwise, follow these steps:
Enter your bonus code.
Select Remind me later to bypass the credit card entry page.
Select Get started to complete redemption and download Creative Cloud applications.
If you have the exact same plan you received as a bonus and redeem the code with the same Adobe ID, your billing will be suspended for 12 months if you’re billed monthly. If you paid for the full year in advance, your bonus plan year will start once your prepaid year is over.
If your paid plan is different from your selected Creative Cloud bonus plan, it may make sense to delay redemption until the paid plan is up for renewal, because otherwise the plans will run in parallel and you may not get any benefit from the complimentary plan.
The complimentary time is stackable if you redeem the exact same plan as your current plan under the same Adobe ID. If you can redeem your 2025 bonus code now, you’ll add 12 months of additional time to your plan.
No. Adobe Stock doesn’t permit Contributors to gift or sell their bonus codes.
