Learn how to redeem your bonus code for a Creative Cloud Pro plan through the Contributor Portal.
Use your bonus code to access Creative Cloud Pro, which includes 20+ apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and more. When you're ready to activate your subscription, redeem your code in the Contributor Portal or save it for later. The process takes about 5 minutes and provides immediate access to Creative Cloud applications.
Redeem code for Adobe Creative Cloud Pro
Follow these steps to access the redemption link, activate the bonus plan, and complete setup for Creative Cloud Pro.
Locate the blue banner in the Contributor Portal dashboard, then select the link to open your personal redemption URL.
If you have an existing Creative Cloud plan, review plan considerations before continuing. If you want to delay redemption, copy the redemption URL or your 24-character alphanumeric code and save it for later. When you're ready, go to the redemption link and enter your code, or paste your saved URL into your browser, then continue from step 4.
Select Redeem code to start the activation process.
Select Remind me later to skip credit card entry. If you add a credit card, your membership automatically renews at the regular price after the 12-month complimentary term ends.
Select Get started to complete redemption and download Creative Cloud applications.
Plan considerations
If you already have an active Creative Cloud plan, review the following before redeeming your bonus code:
- Same plan: If you redeem Creative Cloud Pro using the same Adobe ID, monthly billing is paused for 12 months. For annual prepaid plans, the 12-month bonus term stacks on top of your existing plan.
- Different plan: If you redeem Creative Cloud Pro against a different active plan using the same Adobe ID, both plans run in parallel. Wait until your paid plan is up for renewal before redeeming. Copy your 24-character alphanumeric code and save it for later redemption until you're ready.
