You can embed images directly in your template file only if:

  • You own the rights to display and distribute them.

IP ownership

As a reminder, per your Adobe Stock templates Contributor Agreement, you represent and warrant that you own - or have sufficient rights to - all IP in the content included within your template file, including all copyright, trademarks, patents, rights of privacy, rights of publicity, and moral rights.

What you can't include

Don't submit content you didn't create. The following are not allowed:

  • Photos, images, or graphic elements sourced from websites or online search results
  • Content licensed from other stock sites
  • Logos or references to brands, including Adobe and Adobe products

Legal and release requirements
