Learn about the design requirements for successfully uploading clean, editable, and optimized vectors to Adobe Stock.
Design guidelines
When working with vectors, Contributors must follow the design guidelines to ensure a successful submission to Adobe Stock:
- Layers and groups: Organize the design into labeled layers and groups. Avoid flattened designs that limit customization.
- Fonts: Outline fonts to avoid licensing issues or missing font errors.
- Colors: Avoid unnecessary color swatches or effects that may not render correctly in other applications, such as Inkscape, CorelDRAW, Affinity Designer, or Figma.
Size guidelines
Vectors are scalable, but appropriate sizing improves usability. Small vector files download as low-resolution PNGs and JPEGs if not sized appropriately.
