Payment provider policies
Payment provider policies change in response to regulatory requirements. Adobe does not control third-party payment platforms. For current information about your account status or fund transfers, contact your payment provider directly:
If you don't have a valid tax form on file in your Contributor account, Adobe automatically withholds the maximum rate of 30%, depending on your country of residence. You can refer to the Tax FAQs to learn more.
Payout failure process
Adobe monitors all payouts to verify successful transfer to your third-party payment account. When a payout is rejected by the payment provider, Adobe returns the funds to your Adobe Stock Contributor account balance.
Due to regional payment restrictions, rejected funds may take longer than usual to be returned to your Contributor account.
