All templates submitted to Adobe Stock are reviewed to ensure they meet Adobe’s design and technical quality standards. Refusal reasons are provided as a courtesy. As outlined in the Contributor Agreement, Adobe may approve or refuse content at its discretion. The following list outlines common reasons for template refusals to help Contributors understand and avoid issues during submission.

  • Adobe Fonts sync issues

Too similar

Lack of template uniqueness

Insufficient differentiation from existing templates. This happens when the template is too similar to existing templates and will not provide unique value.

Thumbnail or preview

Thumbnail or preview issues
