Upload a completed CSV file to apply metadata across multiple pieces of content efficiently.
Uploading a CSV file connects titles, keywords, categories, and releases to multiple assets in a single action, saving time when managing large batches of content. You can upload a CSV file after creating a properly formatted CSV file and uploading the corresponding content to Adobe Stock.
Upload a CSV file
Follow these steps to upload a CSV file and apply metadata to content:
Select Upload CSV.
Select Choose CSV file and upload.
Select Refresh to view changes to verify the applied changes.
The CSV file can be updated and uploaded for that batch until the 5,000‑row limit is reached.

- Filename consistency: Confirm that filenames in your CSV match uploaded asset names exactly, including extensions and character casing.
- Release organization: Ensure release filenames are unique and clearly named so the system can match them correctly.
- Plain text formatting: Remove special characters, formulas, and formatting that might interfere with file processing.
- Spelling accuracy: Check for typos in filenames, as even minor differences prevent metadata from connecting to assets.
