Legal requirements for vector submissions

Review compliance requirements for copyright, trademarks, and releases when submitting vectors content to Adobe Stock.

Adobe Stock content is required to comply with all laws and regulations surrounding copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, and property rights. Contributors must review the legal guidelines included in the account and submission guidelines, and know when to include a model release and property release with their vector submission.

  • If Contributors create vectors from a photo or work of art, they must provide a property release and a model release, even if the photo or artwork is their own.
  • Adobe Stock doesn't accept vectors containing logos, trademarks, company names, brand names, or artists' names. However, they may be able to submit content in which these elements have been digitally removed. Illustrative vectors with brands or products may be considered for illustrative editorial content.
