Learn how to assign price tiers and align content with Adobe Stock and collection requirements.
For Contributors accepted as an Adobe Stock Premium Contributor, each submission must be assigned to either the premium or standard collection. A single Contributor account supports both premium and standard content, and a price tier must be selected for each submission intended for the Premium Collection.
The price tier option is available only after approval to be a Premium Contributor and doesn't appear for Contributors who have only submitted content to the standard collection.
Adobe Stock pricing and price selection
By default, all newly uploaded content is priced at 1 credit and placed in the standard collection.
For Premium Collection submissions, pricing must be set manually to 25 credits (US$ 249.99) or 50 credits (US$ 499.99) per piece of content. These credit values apply to on-demand purchases on the Adobe Stock website and reflect the higher value of premium content.
To update pricing:
- Select up to 100 pieces of content at a time.
- Use the dropdown menu in the Contributor Portal to assign a price tier.
Pricing can't be changed after content is accepted, so verify selections before submission. Credit values don't represent fixed currency amounts, as the final cost to customers may vary.

Tips to select the appropriate price tier
Review the following tips to select a price tier that aligns with content quality, consistency, and submission requirements:
- Begin with your goals: Align the price tier with the overall quality, production value, and uniqueness of the content. Consider the 50-credit tier for high-investment, distinctive submissions.
- Keep series consistent: Maintain consistent pricing for content from the same concept or series.
- Edit limitations: Price tiers cannot be changed after content is accepted. For corrections, contact our Contributor Relations team via a support ticket.
Additional considerations
Consider the following points when evaluating pricing behavior and content placement:
- Video content doesn't support tiered pricing. All submitted videos are placed in the standard collection.
- The selected tier reflects overall content value and positioning. The Premium Collection customers expect high-quality, distinctive work, so the chosen tier should align with that level of value.
