About cover pages in Acrobat
Use the Generate cover page tool to quickly add a professional, AI‑designed cover page to your PDF.
The Generate cover page feature uses Adobe Express-powered generative AI to automatically design a cover page that matches your document’s content, brand colors, and page size. It helps you elevate reports, proposals, project briefs, and academic documents with minimal effort.
You can choose from multiple AI‑generated designs and quickly insert a cover into your PDF. For deeper customization, you can open your document in Adobe Express to refine colors, layout, icons, and other visual elements, then continue working with the updated file in both Acrobat and Express. Learn how to generate a cover page.
Access and availability
Currently supported on the Acrobat desktop app, the Generate cover page feature will be available to users on Acrobat Standard, Pro, and Studio plans. The feature supports PDF files only and is available in English, with additional languages expected to be added over time.
Who can benefit
- Business professionals creating reports, proposals, and strategy documents
- Sales and marketing teams preparing client‑ready materials
- Consultants and freelancers delivering polished work efficiently
- Students and educators working on assignments or research papers
AI usage and limits
Adobe may apply usage limits to AI‑powered features, including the Generate cover page feature, to ensure a reliable experience. Access to AI features, usage limits, and availability may change as Adobe evolves its AI offerings.
