React to AI responses in Acrobat

Learn how to respond to AI-generated responses in Acrobat to indicate whether a response is helpful or needs attention.

When using AI Assistant or Generative Summary features in Acrobat, you can indicate whether responses meet your needs. Based on your interaction, you can like accurate responses, flag inaccurate ones, or report content that requires moderation.

Use Like or Dislike to share whether a response is helpful or accurate. Use Report to flag content that may be inappropriate or violates content guidelines.

Like or dislike a response

Review the AI-generated response in the AI Assistant or Generative Summary panel.

Select Like for accurate responses or Dislike for inaccurate ones.

After selecting Like or Dislike, select Tell us more to provide detailed feedback.

Choose an option or enter details in the text box.

Provide feedback on what worked well.

Select Submit to send your feedback.

Report inappropriate content

Review the AI-generated response you want to report.

Select Dislike following the response.

In the What went wrong? dialog box, select one or more reporting categories or enter details in the text box.

Use reporting to flag issues such as unclear information or content related to violence, copyright, or trademark concerns.

Select Next.

Add any additional details, then select Submit.

Rate your experience

Acrobat may prompt you to rate your overall experience with AI features after several uses. Select a rating and choose Submit. If you provide a lower rating, you may view an optional text field to share more feedback.
