Customize your PDF Space Overview to control what recipients see when they open it. Arrange content, edit AI-generated text and audio summaries, add items, and personalize the theme and link preview.
Arrange items
Control the order and layout of items in your Overview.
To reorder an item, hover over it until the hand cursor appears, then drag it into place.
To rename a block, select its title and edit it.
To remove an item, hover over it and select Delete > Remove.
Note
Multi-column layouts are available on large screens only. On mobile, the Overview shows a single column.
Edit AI-generated text summary
Hover over the AI-generated summary and select Edit .
Edit the text to adjust the wording, tone, or emphasis.
Select Done to update the summary.
Edit AI-generated audio summary
Select Edit in the Audio summary to update what recipients hear.
Edit the transcript to revise wording, add context, or remove items.
Select Update to apply your changes and refresh the audio summary.
Add and manage items
Create a more engaging and branded experience by adding charts, text items, and notes to your PDF Space.
Hover below any existing item in Overview and select Add content.
From the toolbar, select the type of content you want to add:
- Text: Add headings, body copy, or supporting context.
- Image: Upload a photo, diagram, or visual to support your content.
- Summary: Generate an audio or AI-written overview of your content.
- Creations: Create a note, presentation, podcast, poster, or visual summary.
- Files: Share documents, spreadsheets, or other attachments for recipients to download.
- Logo: Upload your brand logo to personalize the space.
Optionally, drag the added item to a new position or select it to edit and refine further.
Note
Creating dashboards, reports, and uploading your own video and audio, are available on the web. On desktop, you can only view this content.
Create content from your PDF Space
Use Create to create new content from the files in your PDF Space. Choose from:
- Note: A summary or set of notes you draft yourself or generate from your documents.
- Presentation: A generated slide deck that summarizes key content from your files.
- Podcast: A generated audio discussion based on your documents.
- Poster: A generated single-page visual that highlights key points from your files.
- Visual Summary: A generated visual overview that presents your content at a glance.
Customize theme and link preview
Select Customize from the left panel.
Choose a color theme or background.
To change the link preview, select Replace image, upload an image, and select Save.
Close the Customize panel.
Note
You create and customize your Overview on the web and on desktop. Creating dashboards and reports, and uploading your own video and audio, are only available on the web.
