Will my subscription be canceled due to the recent Executive Order of the U.S. Government in relation to doing business in Venezuela?
No, your subscription will not be canceled. We’ve been granted a license by the U.S. Government to provide all of our Digital Media products and services in Venezuela without interruption.
Enterprise customer? Enterprise licenses are not affected. You will continue to have access to your apps and services. For questions about your enterprise account, please contact your IT admin or Adobe account manager.
Your subscription is being reactivated, and you will have access to all the same products and services for 90 days free of charge. If you lost access to your services, they will be restored within a week. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We will contact you mid-November with any steps you need to take to renew your subscription.

Month-to-month plans If you pay for your subscription each month, your free 90 days begin on 10/28.
Prepaid annual plans If you have an annual plan that you already paid in full, we’ll add 90 days to the end of your subscription.
I had requested a payout of my available Adobe Stock earnings; will you continue to process my request?
If you have requested a payout of your available earnings, we will continue to process those requests. If you have not made a request, everything will continue as it did before.
