How do I download and install Creative Cloud?

Can I install Creative Cloud on another computer?

How can I change my password?

We hate to see you go! If you cancel your membership, you still have access to Creative Cloud free benefits and any files you saved to your device. You won't have access to apps or most services and your cloud storage will be reduced to 2 GB. To cancel, contact us. When prompted, log in with your Adobe ID.

Why did I get an invitation to join Creative Cloud?

How do I resolve a limited access error?

Use the Limited Access Repair tool if you get the error message, "You may have limited access to Adobe apps or services."

Why do I get an error that says I'm missing Windows updates from Microsoft?

With the June 2016 release, Creative Cloud applications now use Visual C++ 2015 runtimes from Microsoft. This change may require you to install updates to your Windows operating system.

Why do I have to sign in to use my Creative Cloud app?

You need to sign in to your account periodically for licensing validation—every 30 days for monthly members and every 99 days for annual members.
