- Firefly isn't available as an app to download for iOS or Android. It's a standalone web app available at firefly.adobe.com and can be accessed on mobile browsers like Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
- Lockdown mode in Safari isn't supported by Firefly.
Supported image formats
Upload images to Firefly in the following formats:
- Generative fill: JPG, PNG, WebP
- Text to image composition and style reference: JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC (only supported in Safari when using a desktop or laptop device)
Download images from Firefly with the following specifications:
- File formats: JPG, PNG
- Maximum resolution: 2000x2000 pixels
