Validate brand compliance

Last updated on Apr 20, 2026

Learn to use Validate in Adobe Brand Intelligence to ensure your content meets brand standards before it goes live.

Use Validate to quickly check whether your content is compliant with your organization’s brand identity and guidelines. Catch issues early, fix them faster, and move assets through review efficiently.

Validate an asset

Select the Validate card in the Adobe Brand Intelligence web app.

Note

The reference web app is a ready-to-use interface that demonstrates how on-brand validation works in practice. It allows you to upload assets, evaluate them against your brand guidelines, and review results in a simple, intuitive environment.

While fully functional, the app is designed primarily as a reference implementation—showing how the product can be integrated into your own tools, workflows, or platforms.

Select the Browse files option to upload files or drag and drop the files you want to validate.

In the Validate context panel, select the relevant options for Campaign, Channel, Product, and Audience.

Validation workspace shows uploaded assets with a sidebar for selecting campaign, channel, and product to define validation context.
Add assets and define validation context such as campaign, channel, and product.

Note

The options available in the Validate context panels will be configured after you select the Campaign. Other options will be populated according to your organization’s requirements and standards by your dedicated Forward Deployed Engineering team in the Brand Control Center.

Select Validate at the bottom of the left panel. Wait for the validation check to complete and then review the feedback in the Validation results panel.

Validation results screen displays summary metrics such as files validated, files with issues, and a list of validated assets.
Review the overall summary, including total files checked and issues found in the Validation results panel.

Select individual assets to view flagged issues. Further select the issue number to view inline suggestions and the reason behind them being flagged.
