Publish workflows

Last updated on Apr 20, 2026

Learn how to validate node execution with test runs, troubleshoot failures, and publish workflows for production use.

After building and validating your workflows, you can publish them to reuse, scale, and integrate them into other tools.

Publish your workflows after running them

Once your workflow runs successfully, select Publish from the upper-right corner.

Wait for the publishing process to complete, as it may take some time. When the workflow is ready, a Publish dialog box will open automatically.

The Publish dialog box appears with two options- Copy and Get your token.

From the Publish dialog box, you can select:

  • Copy: To copy the cURL command for your workflow and use it in external environments.
  • Get your token: To access the developer workflow guide and integrate the published workflow into other applications.

Integrating your workflows via API and testing your integration using a cURL command is a technical task. For developer documentation and information, please visit developer.adobe.com.

Publishing allows you to move from experimentation to deployment, making your workflow reusable across teams, projects, and production systems. You can find all published and drafted workflows on the Creative Production homepage, under the Workflows tab.
