On the Firefly homepage, select Generate in the left panel and then Generate image.

Learn how to generate images from text prompts using the Runway Gen-4 model in Adobe Firefly.
Use the Runway Gen-4 Image model with the Generate image feature to generate stylized and cinematic-looking images. You can experiment with different prompt variations and General settings to refine generated images within your workflow.
When you select a partner model to generate images, you'll be prompted to confirm that you're using a model not developed by Adobe, along with other relevant information. Please review the details and select OK to continue.
On the Generate image page, enter a text prompt in the Prompt field.
In the General settings section, select the Model dropdown menu.
Under the Partner models section, select the Runway Gen-4 Image model.
Use the Aspect ratio dropdown menu to choose the dimensions for the generated image.
- Widescreen (16:9)
- Vertical (9:16)
- Square (1:1)
- Portrait (3:4)
- Landscape (4:3)
Select Generate .
