Learn how to create professional headshots with custom backgrounds, color options, and multiple output sizes in large batches.
Standardize Headshots lets you standardize large batches of headshots by applying consistent edits across all images in one go. With options for cropping, color correction, and background replacement, you can ensure uniform and professional results without manual effort.
On the Creative production page, select Standardize Headshots.
On the Headshots page, use the Upload images section to upload up to 1000 images in JPG or PNG format.
Expand the Crop section, enter a custom width or height in pixels, and select the button to add it.
In the Color Grade Preset Variations section, enable the Auto-tone preset option to automatically enhance the tone of your uploaded images with the most suitable adjustments.
Enable the Custom presets option if you have custom presets that you want to apply to get a different set of processed outputs. Then, upload XMP files with custom presets from your device or an online storage location.
To remove the backgrounds from all uploaded images and replace them with transparent backgrounds, enable the Transparent background option under Background variations.
To replace all backgrounds in a batch, enable Image backgrounds and upload the new background image.
You can add multiple background images to replace the removed background, but make sure the longest side (width or height) of each image does not exceed 6000 pixels.
To replace all backgrounds in a batch with a solid color, select Color backgrounds, enter a HEX value, and then the button.
The count displayed below the Continue button shows a preview of the total outputs generated after processing.
Select Continue.
In the Final processing details dialog box, select the file types for the processed images. Choose from JPG, PNG, or both, and then select Process.
