Create a new Photoshop file directly from Adobe Premiere project so it automatically matches your video frame settings and is ready for editing.
Adobe Photoshop opens a new blank still image at your project’s video frame dimensions and displays guides marking the title-safe and action-safe areas.
Start designing or editing your still image in Photoshop.
Select File > Save in Photoshop to save the file to your desired location.
Note
When importing the PSD file back into Premiere, you can choose to import it as a flattened image or with layers separate and intact, depending on your editing needs.
