Learn to use Dynamic Link to bring After Effects compositions into your Adobe Premiere project.
For optimal results, ensure that your Adobe After Effects composition settings, such as dimensions, pixel aspect ratio, and frame rate, match the settings used in your Adobe Premiere project.
Select File > Adobe Dynamic Link > New After Effects Composition.
Select an After Effects project file (AEP).
Select one or more compositions from the list, and then select OK.
