Accounts and Billing

Am I charged when I sign in to Frame.io with my Adobe ID?

The first time you sign in to Frame.io using your Adobe ID, you'll start a 30-day free trial of the Frame.io Team plan. At the end of the 30-day Frame.io Team plan trial, you’ll continue to receive the enhanced free Frame.io plan with 100GB of Frame.io cloud storage, 5 projects, and Camera to Cloud.

You can always upgrade to a paid Frame.io plan (Here is more information on Frame.io plans).

If I decide to purchase the Frame.io Team plan, is billing linked to my Adobe subscription?

No, at this time Frame.io billing is separate from Adobe Creative Cloud billing. You must purchase Frame.io Pro, Team, or Enterprise plans separate from Creative Cloud.

I already created a free Frame.io account with my Adobe ID. How do I get the enhanced free Frame.io plan?

To create a new Frame.io account with your Adobe ID, you must first change your existing Frame.io primary email address.

  1. Change the email address in your existing Frame.io account so it is no longer the same email address as your Adobe ID.
  2. Once the email address associated with your Adobe ID is no longer connected to the existing account, you can log in to Frame.io by selecting the Continue with Adobe ID button to activate Frame.io for Creative Cloud.
Note:

Be sure to download any assets you like to keep from your original account before making the change. If you would like assistance, contact Frame.io support.
