Contact your Adobe administrator

Last updated on Oct 21, 2026

Learn how to reach your organization’s Adobe admin, what to do if you can’t sign in, and what your admin can help with.

If you use Adobe apps through your company, school, or team, an Adobe administrator manages your access, licenses, and sign-in settings. Your admin is usually someone in your IT department, a school technology coordinator, or, for Teams plans, the person who bought the plan.

Start with your IT help desk

For privacy and security reasons, Adobe Customer Care can’t share your administrator’s name or contact details. The fastest way to reach your admin is usually through your organization:

  • Company plans: Your internal IT support or help desk.
  • School plans: Your teacher, school IT team, or school administrator.
  • Teams plans: The plan owner or co-owner, usually the person who purchased the plan.
  • Organizations that outsource IT: Your IT consultant or service provider.

These contacts can identify your Adobe admin or handle the request themselves.

Get help with sign-in issues

You don’t need to sign in to Adobe to contact your administrator. If you can’t sign in with your work or school email, contact your employer’s or school’s IT team directly. They manage company and school accounts and can restore your access.

If you’re redirected to your company’s or school’s own sign-in page when you sign in, your password is managed by your organization, not Adobe. Your IT team must reset it.

For more help, see the Company or school account sign-in FAQ and Resolve Adobe account sign-in issues with organization restrictions.

Check for administrator’s notes

Adobe Customer Care cannot provide your admin’s contact details due to privacy and security reasons. However, you can often find helpful notes left by your administrator directly in your Adobe Account.

Sign in to your Adobe account.

If you belong to multiple organizations or have both personal and business profiles, switch to the profile for the organization you need help with. For details, see Manage Adobe profiles.

Go to Plans > My Plans.

Find the notes from your administrator next to your plan details.

View your admin's contact information on your Adobe Accounts page.

Note

Notes appear only if your administrator has added them for your organization or team. If you don’t see any, contact one of the people listed under Start with your IT help desk.

To read the full note, select View All. The note opens in the Contact Administrator dialog box.

Select Done when finished.

What to include when you contact your admin

To get help faster, include:

  • The email address you use with Adobe.
  • Your company, school, or team name.
  • The app you’re using and what you’re trying to do.
  • The exact error message or a screenshot of it.

What can my Adobe administrator help me with?

Depending on your organization’s setup, your admin can help with:

  • Access and licenses: Assign you the Adobe apps you need or approve access requests.
  • Sign-in and account issues: Restore access to your company or school account and update details your organization manages.
  • Installation and updates: Provide approved installers and manage app updates.
  • Plan and billing (Teams plans): Manage the subscription, seats, and payment details.
  • Technical issues: Troubleshoot problems and escalate to Adobe Support when needed.
  • Security and compliance: Explain the policies that apply to how you use Adobe apps at your organization.
  • Training: Point you to internal onboarding materials or schedule an Expert Session with Adobe.
