Learn how system admins, product admins, and product profile admins can manage product profiles to control user access to Adobe services.
Core services are required for Creative Cloud and are always enabled. They don't appear in Admin Console and can't be turned off. For example, sync settings, collaboration, storage, and Creative Cloud Libraries.
Optional services can be enabled or disabled for each product profile. Learn more about optional services.
When assigning a plan with storage and services, you can configure which services are enabled for each product profile. This controls what users can access within that profile.
Note
You can enable and disable services at the product profile level, not for individual user accounts.
Select a product profile and then select Details.
In the Edit product profile wizard, select Next twice to reach the Enable services step, where you can configure which services are available to users.
Update the enabled services for the product profile, and select Save.
Note
For all your Adobe apps and services to function correctly, a set of URLs and domains must be allowed.
Make note of the following when enabling and disabling services:
- Users assigned to multiple product profiles receive access to all services enabled across those profiles. A user is assigned to two product profiles. If Adobe Express is enabled in one profile but disabled in the other, the user can still access Adobe Express.
- Users with an individual Adobe subscription retain access to the services included with their personal subscription, even if those services are disabled in their enterprise product profile.
- For a user working with desktop apps, changes may only take effect when the user closes and reopens the app.
- For a user working with a web service or a mobile app, changes may only take effect when the user signs out and signs back in.
Acrobat services facilitate various operations within Adobe Acrobat. These services span web, mobile, and integrations like Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Note
- Turn on Adobe Express and PDF Services to make Adobe Express (web and mobile) available.
- Turn on Adobe Acrobat AI and PDF Services to make PDF Spaces available.
Enable all services unless your organization needs to restrict access for compliance or policy reasons. Disabling services can limit functionality across Adobe apps.
