Company or school account sign-in FAQ

Get answers to common questions about signing in to Adobe with company or school accounts.

Here are answers to questions that typically arise when accessing Adobe apps assigned by your organization, switching between accounts, or troubleshooting sign-in issues.

You may be signed in to the wrong account or profile. Your organization assigns apps to specific accounts (Company or school account vs Personal account) and profiles. Sign out and select the appropriate account and profile when signing back in. Learn more about choosing the right account and profile.

Files and assets are stored separately in each account and profile. If you have both an Adobe ID and an Enterprise ID or Federated ID with the same email address, they are distinct accounts with separate storage. Sign in to the other account or profile to locate your assets, or manually transfer your assets between accounts.

If you previously set a default profile, the profile chooser is bypassed. To change this, go to your Adobe account, select Account and Security > Sign-in and Security, and turn off the "Select my profile automatically" option. Sign out and sign back in to choose your profile.

On the Enter your password screen, select Reset your password. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your Spam or Junk folder, or contact your IT administrator.

Try signing in with your official work email address from your organization. You can also reset your password or contact your IT administrator for assistance.

If you created a personal Adobe account using your work email address, or if multiple organizations have assigned you Adobe plans, you'll see an account chooser. Select a company or school account to access apps assigned by your organization, or a personal account for personal plans and apps assigned by other businesses.

The Stay signed-in option keeps you signed in for up to 2 weeks, even after you close your browser. Turn off this option on shared or public devices. This setting does not apply to Federated ID users with Single Sign-On.

Your organization may have enabled domain enforcement or IP address restrictions. If you cannot sign in or your profile is disabled, you cannot access Adobe apps and services for troubleshooting steps.
