Edit the organization name

Last updated on Aug 3, 2026

Update your organization name in the Admin Console to help users identify the correct profile when signing in.

The organization name is the official name that appears when users sign in to Adobe products. Users see the name when selecting a profile. It is especially important if they have access to products from multiple organizations or need to choose between business and personal profiles. System administrators can edit the organization name.

This feature is available only if your organization purchased a Teams or enterprise plan directly from Adobe, or if your Admin Console is part of a Global Admin Console hierarchy. If your organization does not meet these criteria, contact Adobe Customer Care or your reseller to request changes.

Update the organization name in Admin Console

In the Admin Console, go to Settings > Console settings.

Select the Edit   icon in the Organization name section.

Enter the new organization name.

Tip

Use a clear, recognizable name of up to 255 characters so users can easily identify the correct profile. Consider including the region, department, or entitlement, and avoid special characters, uncommon acronyms, and vague or similar names across your organization hierarchy.

Turn on the notification toggle to email users about the organization name change (optional).

Select Save.

In the confirmation dialog, review the changes and select Confirm.

The organization name can’t be updated again for 24 hours. Changes are logged in the audit log. If notifications are turned on, users receive email notifications, and other admins receive a bell notification in the Admin Console.
