Last updated on Aug 3, 2026

Learn how to deploy 64-bit Windows Adobe packages to managed devices using Microsoft Intune.

Microsoft Intune lets you deploy 64-bit Windows Adobe packages created in the Adobe Admin Console to managed devices. The deployment process involves three steps: preparing the package, creating an Intune-compatible file, and publishing the package.

Note

Before you begin

End-user machines must run Windows 10 version 1607 or later (EnterprisePro, or Education editions).

The package downloaded from the Adobe Admin Console must not exceed 8 GB.

Download Intune Win32 prep tool

Download the Intune Win32 Prep Tool.

Save the tool to a local folder on the deployment machine.

Use the tool to generate an Intune-compatible output file for the Adobe package.

Create the output Intune file

Sign in to the Admin Console and go to Packages > Packages.

The Packages page in the Adobe Admin Console shows a list of available packages with their platform, status, and download options.
Validate the platform and status of the packages before downloading.

Download the Adobe package you want to deploy, then extract its contents from the ZIP file.

Open Command Prompt or PowerShell and navigate to the folder where you downloaded the Intune Win32 Prep Tool.

Run the tool:

  • In Command Prompt, type IntuneWinAppUtil.exe
  • In PowerShell, type .\IntuneWinAppUtil.exe

Press Enter.
