Verify user access to assigned products and resolve provisioning issues in the Admin Console.
License provisioning provides users access to their assigned products. Users may lose access due to expired licenses, insufficient license quantities, late payments, or pending contract acceptance.
Admins can check the provisioning status for users they manage. If the status shows No access after product assignment, follow the troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the underlying issue.
Before you begin
You need:
- System Admin, Product Admin, or Product Profile Admin role
- Access to Adobe Admin Console at adminconsole.adobe.com
- Products already assigned to users through product profiles
Check provisioning status for assigned products
Select the product you want to check from the products list.
Select the Users tab to view all users assigned to this product.
Review the License provisioning column to check each user's access status.
