Learn how to capture and import your photos in Illustrator on the iPad and how to trace and edit them to create the vector art.
Illustrator on the iPad provides the ability to capture a photo using iPad's camera and directly place the photo on the canvas. If the photo is already saved on your iPad, you can import your saved image file. You can trace the image using the Pen or Pencil tool to create a vector graphic on top of the imported image.
