Adobe Trust Center

Applies to enterprise & teams.

Overview

We’ve re-architected the Adobe Trust Center to enable our customers to find and download security and compliance information for Adobe products and services more easily. The new Trust Center uses Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Acrobat Sign, and Adobe Acrobat technologies to power the experience. In addition to security overview white papers for all our corporate security programs and individual products, you will now find:

  • Attestations
  • BCDR fact sheets
  • Bridge letters
  • Compliance certifications (For example: SOC2 and HIPAA)
  • Prefilled standard questionnaires, including CSA, CAIQ and SIG
  • Pen test reports

While our security overviews remain publicly available, these additional documents contain sensitive, proprietary information and do require a completed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to access. This agreement is specific to the Adobe Trust Center and is in addition to any previous NDA you may have with Adobe.

This article walks you through the process of accessing both ungated (public) and gated (NDA-required) Adobe security assets in a self-service manner.

Ungated Assets

As always, all Adobe product and solution security overviews and Adobe corporate security assets are publicly available on the Trust Center. However, we’ve made it easier than ever for you to find what you need.

In addition to the standard Search bar, you can narrow your search for an asset by the following criteria:

By Product

Auto Crop

By Solution

By Asset Type

For example, a search for all assets pertaining to AEM as a Cloud Service would look like this:

Gated Assets

The newly redesigned Trust Center now makes it easy for you to obtain additional security and compliance assets. As we mentioned above, these assets contain sensitive information proprietary to Adobe, so completing our simple NDA form is required for access.

  1. When clicking to select a document that requires an NDA, you’ll first be prompted to sign in with your Adobe ID. If you do not have an Adobe ID, choose “Create an account” to create one. Adobe IDs are available free of charge to any user, even if you are not currently a licensee of any Adobe products.

  2. Once signed in, you’ll be prompted to sign the Adobe standard NDA using Adobe Acrobat Sign.

  3. When you click the Sign now button, you’ll see the standard Adobe NDA display in your browser window:

  4. Scrolling down (after reading, of course!), you’ll see the yellow Adobe Acrobat Sign e-signature box. Click the e-signature box, and sign.

Upon completing the electronic signature process and submitting the NDA, you’ll receive a notification that you now have access to the requested document, which will display in a window below this notification:

From here, you can print or download the asset in PDF format.

Note:

Once you have signed and submitted the NDA, all gated assets will be available to you, not just the specific one you initially requested. The NDA signing is a one-time process that becomes associated with your Adobe ID. Any time you log in to the Trust Center with the same Adobe ID, you will be able to access any document without being required to re-sign the NDA.
