Contact your Adobe administrator
If you use Adobe products through your company, school, or team, an Adobe administrator manages your access, licenses, and account settings. Learn who your admin is, how to contact them, and what they can help you with.
How to find my Adobe administrator's contact information?
Adobe Customer Care cannot provide your admin’s contact details due to privacy and security reasons. However, you can often find helpful notes left by your administrator directly in your Adobe Account.
Go to Plans > My Plans.
Look for the admin notes provided next to your plan details.
If you're part of multiple organizations or teams, make sure to check the plan associated with the right team.
These notes appear only if your administrator has set up the notes for your organization or team.
To view the complete note, select View All.
What can my Adobe administrator help me with?
Your Adobe admin can assist with a wide range of needs, including:
- Access and Licensing: Help you get started with the right Adobe apps and manage your product access or license.
- Account and Sign-In Issues: Resolve login problems or update your user profile and organization details.
- Software Installation and Updates: Assist with downloading, installing, and updating Adobe software.
- Billing and Payments: Address questions related to your team’s Adobe subscription, billing cycles, or payment methods.
- Technical Support: Offer initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to Adobe Support if needed.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure your use of Adobe tools meets your organization’s internal policies.
- Training Resources: Guide you to internal onboarding or training materials to help you make the most of Adobe products.
- Expert Sessions: Helping schedule dedicated sessions with Adobe experts for in-depth guidance or advanced feature support.
Who should I contact if the Contact Administrator option isn’t available?
If the admin notes aren’t showing up, you can reach out to:
- Your internal IT support or help desk
- Your business owner or co-owner on the Adobe plan
- Your organization’s IT consultant
- Your teacher or school administrator, if you're part of an education plan
