Manage Adobe Express Photos for existing enterprise users
Learn how to deploy and manage access to Adobe Express Photos for existing enterprise users.
For full deployment and management details, including eligibility, deployment paths, and additional admin scenarios, see Adobe Express Photos FAQs for administrators.
Starting early June 2026, Adobe Express Photos installs automatically on Windows devices for eligible Acrobat users with auto-update enabled.
To prevent installation, opt out before the next Acrobat update cycle.
Automatic installation applies to users who:
- Use Windows
- Are assigned an Acrobat Studio or Acrobat Express offer
- Have Acrobat auto-update enabled
Remove Express Photos from existing computers
If Adobe Express Photos is already installed on your computer, uninstall it using one of the following methods:
- Enterprise software management tools
- Windows apps and features
After you uninstall Adobe Express Photos, Acrobat auto-updates will not reinstall it on that computer.
To prevent Adobe Express Photos from being automatically installed on new devices during Acrobat auto-updates, opt out of automatic installation.
To prevent Adobe Express Photos from installing through Acrobat updates, set the following registry key on the target machines before the next Acrobat auto-update:
Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown
Value: bDisableHarmonyInstallationFeature
Type: REG_DWORD
Data: 00000001
