Learn how system administrators can manage access to Firefly Creative Production.
Firefly Creative Production (FCP) is a new entitlement that is automatically included with the Firefly Services product. There isn’t a new product card or other indicators in the Admin Console specifically for FCP. Access is managed by Admin Console administrators and is granted differently if customers have the Firefly Services (FFS) offer or the FCP Standalone offer.
Firefly Services customers
Admins can give FCP access to new and existing users simply by granting access to Firefly Services, and a storage plan if users don’t already have one. FCP requires user privileges for both Firefly Services AND a product that includes storage (for example, CCE V4/4+). Users without both will receive an error message when logging in to FCP.

-
Assign the user to Firefly Services and a plan with storage. If the user has existing access to a storage plan, the admin only needs to add access to FFS.

FCP Standalone offer customers
FCP Standalone is offered with a standalone product card. Admins can give new and existing users standalone access and a storage plan if they don’t already have one. FCP requires user privileges for both Firefly Creative Production and a product that includes storage (for example, CCE V4/4+). Users without both will receive an error message when logging in to FCP.

Troubleshooting
To use FCP, users must have access to a product with storage, such as CCEV4. Users who attempt to sign in without the necessary entitlements will encounter an error message stating, "Can't access."
