Embed Color Profile ignores the current setting in the Export As dialog box
Embed Color Profile ignores the current setting and reflects the setting used the last time export was performed after making a change to the Embed Color Profile setting.
Solution: Update Photoshop
Update to Photoshop CC 2015.5.1 to resolve this issue.
