Adobe Acrobat Sign 内置与 Microsoft Power Automate 的集成，可直接在 Acrobat Sign Web 界面中访问。借助该集成，用户能够创建、管理和执行自动化工作流，将 Acrobat Sign 协议事件连接到受支持的 Power Automate 应用程序和服务。

流程可以从零开始创建，也可以使用预建模板；您还可以从外部 Power Automate 环境执行共享、编辑、禁用或导入操作。该集成随 Acrobat Sign 商业企业版许可一并提供，附带 Power Automate 服务的有限使用权限。

2027 年将会发生哪些变更？

2027 年 1 月，Acrobat Sign 内的嵌入式 Power Automate 体验将停止提供。Acrobat Sign 将从 Acrobat Sign Web 应用程序中移除此功能。

对于大多数客户而言，通过 Acrobat Sign 中嵌入式 Power Automate 体验创建的 Power Automate 工作流将继续无中断运行，您仍可以通过 Microsoft Power Automate 界面访问这些工作流。有关更多信息，请参阅下文。

该功能停用的时间线是什么？

• 阶段 1 — 2026 年 9 月（Acrobat Sign 17.2 版本）：嵌入式 Power Automate 体验仍将在 Acrobat Sign Web 应用程序中显示并保持可用，同时也可通过 Microsoft Power Automate 界面使用。您可以在 Acrobat Sign 中新建工作流，也可以修改现有工作流。
• 阶段 2 — 2027 年 1 月（Acrobat Sign 18.0 版本）：Acrobat Sign Web 应用程序中将不再显示嵌入式 Power Automate 体验。此后必须通过 Microsoft Power Automate 界面访问和管理工作流。

对于大多数客户，尽管 Acrobat Sign 不再提供嵌入式 Power Automate 体验，但 Power Automate 工作流仍会继续正常运行不受影响，您仍可以通过 Microsoft Power Automate 界面进行访问。

1. 您的 Power Automate 工作流使用 Power Automate Premium 连接器。
2. 您的 Power Automate 工作流每日执行操作数量超过 6000 个。
